Experience

I've previously tutored throughout high-school with kids around the community. I love the interaction and teaching other students and helping them understand difficult concepts. I try to make the experience as energetic and fun as possible, making sure not to bore my client. My passions to teach are math, science, and economics. I've taken math classes up to Multi Variable Calculus (Calculus 3) and have won the math award in my junior and senior year at Pine Crest. Similarly, I won the science award my senior year at Pine Crest. I have also taken AP Biology and AP Chemistry and was apart of my school's selective Science Research Program. Furthermore, I took both AP Microeconomics and Macroeconomics and was in an Economics Seminar my senior year at school. I received perfect scores (36) on both the math and science sections of the ACT. I received a 5 of on all math and science AP exams that I've taken with the exception of Biology AP which I have not yet received a score for. I'm a personable, fun guy and was awarded the senior superlatives "best smile" and "best personality".

Hobbies

I played varsity basketball in high school and was Miami Herald honorable mention. I love all sports and am a die-hard Miami Heat Basketball fan. I love also playing board games, bowling, weight-lifting, ping pong, poker, video games and spending time with family and friends. I went to summer camp for 10 summers in Maine at Manitou (a sports camp). My future interests are in biomedical research, neurodegenerative diseases, finance, and venture capital.
